Hi, I'm Heath

My wife, Jaylene, and I moved to Gardner in 2006, and are proud to call it home. Jaylene is a business teacher at Gardner-Edgerton High School, and my son, Peyton, will be a Junior this Fall. We love this town, and we love being Blazers.

I have worked for Uhlig, LLC since returning to Kansas in 2004, working specifically in the Multifamily and Senior Living markets, helping with communications. During my time in Gardner, I've been fortunate enough to serve as a member of the Gardner City Council, as well as the Planning Commission. I am driven to serve my community, and help position Gardner for future success.

I may have been born a Crusader, but I also bleed Blazer Blue! I believe in Public Education, and in the excellence of our teachers and students, and will support both in every way that I am able. A City’s greatest asset is its school system, and my hope is that our district continues to be a symbol of pride for our community.

Our district faces some genuine issues, with real impacts within our classrooms. I want to help, and believe I can do so.

We are STRONGER TOGETHER, and have to work in unison to achieve our common goals.
